First step here is to upgrade the client (and probably the site) to a supported version of ConfigMgr. 5.00.7804.1000 is the initial release of ConfigMgr 2012 SP1 which hasn't been supported for around 7-8 years now.
sccm ccm notification agent disabled
recently installed client agent does not communicate with mp. client object in the console shows (?) instead of green (tick).
In the client machine's ccm agent, we see ccmnotificationagent component shows disabled and actions has 2 actions only
ccmnotificationagent.log shows "BGBAgent disabled"
did not find anything meaningful in location services or clientidmanager.
Am I missing something here?
tested the network, it works fine. Tested all those posts using portquery, looks to be fine.

2021-04-23T02:52:24.787+00:00 try this it fixed it for me
under Administration > site Configuration > Sites > Site Properties > Ports
untick CLient Notification tcp - port 10123,click apply,
leave it unticked for at least 20 minutes,
retick it click apply,
the clients should then start working properly once they wake up to the fact that there is a change.

2022-06-03T16:58:17.62+00:00 Late to the party but hopefully this will help.
Same situation for me. I tried everything including disabling the firewall. Then I realized....the machine is not "approved". Once I approved it, everything turned on and started working as normal.
So:
- Go to Devices,
- search for your device,
- right-click,
- Approve,
- wait and see, or initiate the Machine Policy Eval/Hardware Eval cycles.
This happens because the site setting for Client Approval is either set to Automatically approve computers in trusted domains or Manually approve each computer.

2020-10-26T10:17:26.743+00:00 Hi,
We could check CcmMessaging.log to see if any error in it, it records activities related to communication between the client and management points.
