Cannot install Teams

Question

Get this message trying to run Teams. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Reinstall brings up the same message.

"The request is blocked.

Seems the problem was a VPN active placing my IP in the US rather than Canada. Turning of the VPN, or setting it to Canada, resolves the problem.
