How to merge multiple Microsoft Accounts

Question

How does one initiate a request to merge multiple Microsoft Accounts? Sense evidently deleting the account doesn't mean the email can be added to an existing account. Which is understandable.

It isn't possible to merge microsoft accounts. A work-around may be an alias.
