Open Run menu and type services.msc and press Enter.

In the pop-up Services window, scroll down and locate Windows Installer.

Then click Restart the service. If the service is stopped, click Start.

I shall also suggest you run Windows Update Troubleshooter.

Right-click the Windows icon and select Settings. > System >Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. > Windows Update > Run
