How do I stop my windows 11 computer from constantly adjusting the tray and window size while I'm working?

Suddenly my screen adjusts and moves and then it stops. It's like there is a bug running and I need to be careful because everything shifts slightly on screen and then returns to normal. It's like its trying to change orientation but can't. I'm using a Lenovo laptop, Edge browser.

    When did the issue start to occur? Have we made any modifications before the issue? Did the issue occur when we open any specific application?

    Please ensure the graphic driver is up to date from the decvice manufacturer website.

    Try to perform a clean boot and verify the issue is related to any third party software.
