Hi, I have an Hp 14s-dq2015nj laptop. It has one SSD card on it. It came with FreeDOS, so I installed ubuntu on it.
Now I want to replace ubuntu with windows 10, so I've got an official windows 10 boot drive that I bought in the past.
I can get into the whole proccess of installation (boot), but it cannot find my SSD card. I tried to create my own bootable USB drive, with the drivers of Intel Rapid Storage Technology (One of the methods to solve the problem), which trying to install them didn't work either.
When trying the method of getting to cmd -> diskpart -> list disk
I can only see my bootable USB drive, which I didn't see this problem online.
I would like your help.

Ensure that the SSD is properly connected to your computer. Make sure the SATA or NVMe cable is securely attached to the SSD and the motherboard.

Enter the BIOS settings during boot (usually by pressing a key like F2, F12, DEL, or ESC).

    • Verify that the SSD is detected in the BIOS/UEFI. It should be listed in the storage or boot device section.
    • Ensure that the SATA or NVMe controller is enabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings.
    • Format the SSD.
