    Have you received any notifications regarding your Azure account?

    You can check the status by browsing to the Billing > Billing accounts page and selecting the account that you used to complete your purchase.

    The review process normally takes about one day to complete but can take longer.

    Hi,

    I faced the same issue, and it was resolved by deleting the Microsoft Entra Tenant that did not comply with Azure's requirements due to the original tenant's creation location.
