Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I have a question regarding the Azure App Service Plan for students. Is the App Service Plan always available at a discounted rate for students throughout their academic period? Or does the discounted pricing have a set duration, after which the regular rates apply, even if I remain a student?

    Azure for students doesn't offer a different rate.

    At the end of 12 months, you can renew the subscription by signing up again for the offer. ref: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/education-hub/azure-dev-tools-teaching/program-faq

    To add as its mentioned here- Azure for Students

    Azure for Students offers a credit to eligible users to use Azure services. These credits are limited to $100 and must be used within a 12-month period. It's important to note that any credits left unused at the end of a month will expire and cannot be carried over to the next month or transferred to other Azure subscriptions. If you exhaust your credits, your access to Azure services will be temporarily disabled.

    To continue using Azure, you can switch to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription by contacting Azure Support.

    This upgrade allows you to keep using Azure without interruption, but you'll be billed based on your actual usage.
