Regarding the use of the open ai service

We are a company called Mr. Mind.
We are going to use your company's open ai chat service.

1. We are going to do a service in Korea. However, if you want to select region when creating an account, you can only check eastern Japan in Asia. First of all, I checked the eastern part of Japan with region and created an account, but I wonder if it's okay to do the service as it is.
2. I'm trying to use the chat service at work, and I'm wondering what resource plan should I use for my account.

@미스터마인드 주식회사 Thanks for the question, Azure OpenAI Service runs on the Azure global infrastructure to meet your production needs, such as critical enterprise security, compliance, and regional availability. While the location of your instance can introduce latency, it doesn’t affect the runtime availability of your resource. Therefore, even if you selected Eastern Japan as your region, you should be able to provide your service in Korea.
