Even Tought Windows File Explorer Is Not Open It Still Randomly Crashing Or Restarting I Knew This Because The Taskbar Randomly Dissapeared And Went Back Yet After That It Will No Longer Crash Or Restart But Once I Restart/Open My Computer Back It Sometimes Crashes Or Restarts
If it's a chance that it's a corrupt system file please note that I haven't created a system restore point
