Account Email

I had to erase my phone not too long ago. That included all of my apps, photos, etc... My authenticator app was one of the ones that was completely erased. It had my school account linked to it. Now, I can't get back into my email for said school account without the approval of the app. Which I can't use because it was erased. What do I do? I need it back asap!

You'll need the school admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
