How to setup continuous autoreply for a mailbox whether it's the first email from a sender or not.

Hi,

I need the ability to set up continuous automatic email responses for a mailbox, irrespective of whether it's the initial email or a follow-up from the same sender. The standard out-of-office feature doesn't meet this requirement, and I'm using the web version of Outlook. I would appreciate your assistance in finding a suitable solution.

Thank you.

You will have to use an Outlook rule for that, unfortunately the web version does not expose this functionality. If you are unable to use the desktop Outlook client, an alternative is to create the rule programmatically via EWS.

    Hi,

If possible, you can set the reply rule using Outlook Client by referring to the following steps:

    1. Select Rules in the menu, click Create Rule
    2. Click Advanced Options
    3. Refer to the conditional setting rules in the screenshot
    4. Save this rule and start running

Use  the ‘Have Server Reply Using’ action can reply to every message when the client is not running.
