I'm uploading .txt training data (Chinese char inside) for my custom (Chinese) STT model, but I get the following error message during the processing after the files uploaded:

Is there something wrong about the Azure's Text Processor?

In my .txt files are traditional Chinese characters.
One of the .txt files is as attached. I uploaded several .txt files in the same format successfully last week. I don't know why I get the error for all my files this time.
