Deleted Authenticator. How can I recover it?

I deleted Microsoft Authenticator app from my personal phone to install it in my corporate phone. The problem is that in order to add my accounts into the app in my corporate phone, Authenticator asks me to introduce a security code, but I can't because I deleted it from my personal phone (no security copy, so no chance to use it again), so I get in a loop where Authenticator asks me all the time to add a security code but I don't have a working Authenticator to be able to do it. What can I do?

    Hi,

Did you configured backup from the App? If yes you can restore it from the cloud, if not you will have to request a reset MFA for the account so you can re-add the account with the new security code.So the best place is to start with local IT support team.

    Hope this helps.

Go to your microsoft account... then security info... and then under security info "add NEW signin method.... then you're done. Problem solved. Go onto ypur Authenticator App afterwards and follow the instructions.
