Error 1008 wmiaprpl.dll, esentprf.dll, and msdtcuiu.DLL

I've been dealing with this error in my event viewer for the past couple of days, error 1008, with 3 dll files, msdtcuiu.DLL, esentprf.dll, and wmiaprpl.dll, these errors crash the majority of the games I'm playing at random times, and I've caught it while recording using Xbox Game Bar, I've tried using /scannow, lodctr, safe mode, registry keys but I have no WSS_WPG group, and I've been looking everywhere for common solutions, and none of them worked, I would love it if someone could help me.

Edit: Following S.Sengupta's Instructions, shows I need permission from TrustedInstaller, the wmiaprpl.dll file went in fine for some reason.

All these dll files are located under C:\Windows\System32.

If SFC tool doesn't help, you can download all these 3 dll files (search in the web) and put them under C:\Windows\System32.

S.Sengupta, When I try to add the files into it, I receive an error message telling me I require permission from TrustedInstaller.

Install them as Administrator. Otherwise, log into Safe mode and install them.
