CM 2303.
Is it normal that a computer with Windows 11 version 21H2 downloads from the Distrinution Point about 11GB of files to install the Feature Update version 22H2 ?
Wasn't the Feature Update for Windows 11 supposed to be more streamlined?
Note: Our target is that computers should download setup files only from the distribution point, and not from the internet.

This is normal. If you look at your source files, it's 11.4 GB
Yes, I had already noticed that the Distribution Point occupied about 11.4Gb.
I do not understand why on client computers they did not do as for windows 10 with the Enablement Package.
With windows 11 I'm not jumping two builds, but only one build.

I might be normal for ...you... It depends, what Article IDs are you targeting to your devices? Depending upon which one(s) you are deploying, some may have more content than others.

So If I go in my console, find 5029263, right click it, properties, and go to "Content Information" tab, presuming you "only download" English and "anyone" content, that look like easily 11gb, once you add up all the ones without a Language listed + the English one. If you also download, say.. French, that's another gb. another language is another gb. so yes, that is exactly how big it is.
Perhaps this explanation of UUP updates with CM will help clarify CM server and client behavior?

Yes it is so, only English language. are about 11.4Gb.
I had already studied the article you suggested.
Everything works as per theory and technology.
For existing content, hard links are created on the DP.
What I do not understand, is why on Client Computers have not done as for Windows 10, or with the Enablement Package.
A computer "Windows 11 21H2" to switch to "22H2", still has to download from the "DP" 3.6gb, instead of a few "32KB" as it was for Windows 10.
For this theme, I don't think they have improved things from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Noticing this, I wanted to understand if I was making a mistake in the client settings.
We have version 2303 of CM.
