Unable to register device for work email

Question

I have been trying to register my device on Microsoft Authenticator for my work email and it won’t let me. When I try to add it through security settings on Microsoft 365 it’ll send me straight back to authenticate my sign in through Microsoft Authenticator.

You'll need the work admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can link the authentication device to your account.
