HDMI functionality is not working after recent windows 11 update made on 16th September, '2023-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5030219)'

    Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features

    Click “View Installed Updates” in the left pane.

    1. Locate KB5030219, right-click it, and select Uninstall.
    2. Restart your PC when prompted.

    Open Device Manager > Locate Graphic Card > Uninstall it along with software application > Reboot > Let OS detect the hardware.

    Update graphic card driver from the support site of the manufacturer.

    Now see if it's working.
