Aria pronunciation wrong for certain words

While generating text-to-speech clips, we noticed that the word "cat" was being pronounced as "Kate" when played on its own when using the Aria voice. If other words were contained in the same sentence, the issue did not occur. It also did not occur for any other voices we tried.

Is there a reason why this is occurring? When will this issue be resolved?

The work around here is to fine-tune the pronunciation of words or phrases for that particular Aria voice, with the help of Phoneme settings.

Phonemes are essential to generate accurate and natural-sounding speech. Understanding and customizing phoneme settings and tuning those settings can help resolve pronunciation issues for different sentences and languages.

Also request you to use SSML with a different speaking style with the voice.

Another straight-forward solution is to try the "Friendly" Speaking Style, instead of the default one. Please refer the below screenshot for your reference:

Below are the Phoneme settings I have done at my end on the Aria voice to tune/fix its pronunciation issue.
