1. Are you having this issue when opening files in the Shared folder in OneDrive in M365?
2. What is the type of file?

Here are some general troubleshooting about the issue that you can try to see if the problem persists:

• Make sure you have an app installed that can open the file type of the document. For example, if the file type is PDF, you need to have an app that can open PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Please try opening another file of the same file type to see if the problem persists.
• Please try to open other file types to check if other files also encounter this problem or only files of this file type have this problem.
• If it's convenient, try sharing the file with your other coworkers to see if they can open it in their Shared folder.
