Seems like some compatibility issue I think.

- Make sure that both Windows 11 and Office 2010 are fully updated so if there is any compatibility issue, it can be resolved.
- Try running Excel 2010 in compatibility mode for Windows 10. To do that, locate your Excel.exe, right-click on it, go to properties, in the "Compatibility" tab, enable compatibility mode, and choose Windows 10.
- Consider using the 64-bit version of Excel 2010 if your system supports it as it's more compatible.
- Check the Windows Event Viewer for any error messages or logs related to the Excel crash. It may be able to provide more details.
