Hi,
My certification profile was created with my personal microsoft outlook account and I have done an Examination on PL-300.
Somehow my microsoft account is locked out and I am not able to recover it, Since I didn't linked my phone number and recovery account to the outlook account. .
The exam was conducted via PearsonVue successfully.My certificate details are all present in the dashboard and in my mailbox. I have the order invoice copy of the exam and screenshot of the completion on the exam certificate which i got in my mailbox.
Also, tried recovery various times but automated system denies it constantly.
I can share all possible details in a private message.
I need to map the certificate to my new account. Since i couldn't able to login to the old account. I've tried the below method using the following link,

Still I can't able to merge the certification to my new account. I've checked with each forum and suggesting to use my mcid, but I've lost my mcid as well. Is there any mail id or person to contact them privately and solve this issue. Requesting your Support.
