how to export list email of user access in sharing folder without powershell

I have a problem to get the list email of user access in sharing folder. I don't have access to powershell. The way that possible to extract the list of email is either using console log in chrome or printed email value in the "manage access" choices in the selected folder, but it requires me to hover to see the email. Is there any way that I can do to solve it?
