Remote Apps Issue before 8:00am

Good day,

WFH users recently have been reporting that when they attempt to launch remote apps the following errors occurs and promtps.

Error code: 0x50331670

Extended error code: 0x0

Activity ID: {80af1204-30e0-472c-985d-f47becc30000}

This Occurs before 8:00am, i myself tested the claim and it seems to be accurate, can anyone provide some guidance.

Your "Work from Home" Users reported that they can't access the remote apps on their devices before 8 a.m. After 8 am it works, right? Did you test it via a remote session on their clients also? What are the differences between your setup to the setup of your WFH users (network, antivirus, apps, firewall etc...) Is it only a specific WFH user or any?

Hi thanks for a speedy reply, i tested from my setup at home, no major differences in setups, other than maybe different ISPs, we all use Widows Defender and this seems to be a recent occurrence, had no issue like this before

According to your description, you are facing error when launching remote apps. As you are adding Microsoft Edge tag, may I know if anything related to Edge that we can help?
Or we will add the corresponding tags for better troubleshooting your issue.

Actuallly i just used the closely associated tags, cause the tags for my actual issue was not popping up and it was for some reason a mandatory field. Releavnt tags : 'Remote Apps'
