Can't use increased quota limit

Dear reader,

I've been trying to increase the quota for my Azure subscription, so that I can use both gpt-35-turbo as text-embedding-ada-002. Yesterday I received an email saying the following:

"As of the 18th of September, 2023, your resource has been updated to 120 quota (120000 tokens per minute and 720 requests per minute) for the text-embedding-ada-002 model in the West Europe Azure region."

This is great news! But the problem is that when I try to deploy text-embedding-ada-002 I still get a message saying: "No quota is available for this deployment. You can request quota here"

Would you be able to point out why I can't deploy text-embedding-ada-002 next to my gpt-35-turbo?

Did you check with your OpenAI studio as how much quota is showing up against the respective model.-

Dear Saurabh Sharma,

Thank you for your quick responds! When I visit my quota screen I see only one 'Quota name' with the deployment of the gpt-35-turbo model. When I try to 'create new deployment' in the 'Deployments' tab to add the text-embedding-ada-002 model I get the message: No quota is available for this deployment. You can request for more quota.

Apologies for the vague description, hope it is understandable.

@tlcs Thanks for the details. I suggest you to please open an Azure Support ticket so that an engineer can look into this. Please let me know if you if you have any limitations opening a support ticket for this issue.
