I'm trying to renew AZ-104 certificate, when clicking renew a "404 - Page not found" appears

When I try to renew my AZ-104 certification, and click "renew", a"404 - Page not found" appears and cannot proceed. I'm logged in to my personal account. I can see all my certificates from my profile
