I have tried everything possible, https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/sql/database-engine/database-file-operations/troubleshoot-os-4kb-disk-sector-size?WT.mc_id=DP-MVP-5440,
added inbound rules which SQL server support, tried so many things please help me i uninstall and install also but nothing is working for me nor for basic or custom,after installation in Services non of service is running related SQL server..kindly need your help.
