when run Warning: the MSVC toolset version has not been determined for one or more projects. To collect data as ordinary user with Visual Studio the MSVC toolset version '14.36.32502' is required. To workaround any issue may occur running Visual Studio as Administrator is recommended.

May I first ask several questions to confirm this issue?
- This project is an existing project or a newly created project?
- If it is a newly created project, did you modify something after you created it?
- If it is an existing project, could you tell us which version of VS you used to develop it?
- When you were installing VS, did you select "Desktop development with C++" workload? Did you uncheck any options in "Individual components"?
- In VS Installer > Modify > Individual components, is "MSVC v143 – VS 2022 C++ x64/x86 build tools (v14.36-17.6)" component selected?
- If you create a new c++ project by clicking File > New > Project… , will the same warning occur?

I see that in your screenshot, in VS Solution Explorer, the solution "Project2" includes 0 project. Can you confirm that if you click File > New > Project… and create a new project, will the newly created project/solution also display as 0 project in Solution Explorer?
If you then open the solution/project folder, can you find the .vcxproj file? If this file exists, try to open it with Notepad, is there any setting about Platform Toolset in it?
Besides, if you run VS as administrator, will the same issue appear?

You can try Empty Project(C++) or Console App(C++) project templates. After you create it/them, build it/them, does the same error appear?
If no error appears, I think we may focus on the specific project. Does previous project which prompted an error include a .vcxproj file in its solution folder? For example:
If a .vcxproj file exists, please right-click it, select Open With and choose Notepad to open it, can you find any
PlatformToolsetrelated properties?Besides, does running VS as administrator work?
