Error when opening embedded SSRS reports in SharePoint 2010

We have several SSRS reports that are accessible through an (old) SharePoint 2010 site.

Since a couple of months most users encounter the following error when trying to load such a report in the Edge Browser.

For the majority of the users this is "resolved" by opening it in Internet Explorer Mode.

However there are still quite some users who still encounter this issue...I assume this is a browser-related issue, so therefor I'm posting this here.

Is there anyone who has an idea of what we could try to resolve or work around this?

Thank you!

    Hi @Kristof De Schrijver,

Since the error message does not provide any help. You could Enable Remote Errors (Reporting Services) to get more details of the error. And here is the offical document for similar issue with yours, please make a reference

    Hi @RaytheonXie_MSFT ,

    Thank you for your suggestions.
I enabled the remote errors and can now see the error below.
I don't know why it says unauthorized as I can view the report when running in IE mode (this error is visible when I open it in "Edge mode")
