Cannot uninstall MS Visio over Cisco VPN

Question

Unable to uninstall Microsoft Visio from my device while connected to the Cisco VPN.

It uninstalls without issue when connected to the office network. The uninstallation script works on the office network, so there is no problem with the script itself. Has anyone else experienced this issue during Visio uninstallation?

Thank you for your question and reaching out.

In your script It may require some Network access which is not available in VPN.

Please go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features -> Select Visio -> Right click -> Select Uninstall.
