OpenAI made an annoucement, introducing gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct model as replacement for previous gpt-3 completion models.

Question: when gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct will be available to be deployed in Azure OpenAI Service?

Azure OpenAI Service in East US region supports gtp-35-instruct, I checked today, found this gtp-35-instruct option show up when I choose Deploy model.

Currently there is no exact ETA for the gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct model availability.

Once it is available, Azure OpenAI Service models page and What's new in Azure OpenAI Service pages will be updated accordingly.

As early as July, you already said ' We anticipate making gpt-35-turbo-instruct generally available at launch', but now there is no precise time plan.

@Jerzy Czopek the documentation (at both of the links shared in the initial answer) was updated today to show that the gpt-35-turbo-instruct model is now available in East US and in Sweden Central. For what it's worth, they aren't actually available on our account, so the documentation may be premature, but officially they "are" available now.

Thanks, will have a look! But the overall feature transparency in feature rollout from MSFT for Azure OpenAI is a joke.
