Cannot make an Azure account in any way

Question

I want to make an Azure account for a project me and my friend are working on and, yes, i have a Microsoft account, but when trying to use the services, i need to then make an Azure account. Ok, simple, but, there is an issue. It requests a credit card, which me being underage do not have. I also know about the "student" version you can request, but when using my school email it says i need to make a microsoft account, which i cant with my school email. Ive also tried to use my normal gmail for teh "student" version, but it just gave me an error, telling me no. If anyone has any workaround, please tell me. Nothing works and Azure has many services with really good free versions, but i cannot access any.
