Unable to update Tenant properties on B2C Tenant

Hello,

Since a couple of days, I have been unable to update the name of my B2C Tenant (see screenshots below).

I have verified that I am a Global admin on the tenant, so that shouldn't be the issue. I can change the name of my regular (non-B2C) tenant without any problems, so there seems to be something wrong with the B2C configuration?

    You have to use Entra to modify this (and some other) areas now.

    go to https://canary.entra.microsoft.com/ which will take you to the MS Entra admin center. Switch to the right tenant... Then go to Overview (under Identity) and the Properties tab. This page will look familiar... and will allow you to update details.

    To answer your query please try these two options

    1. Are you using PIM to you elevate your permissions when using global admin, if so it can take up to 20 mins for your permissions to work within the B2B tenant
    2. Try using different web browsers or clearing your browser cache and cookies. Occasionally, issues like this can be browser-specific.
