then you can re-enable to linkup your account to the authentication device.

I have never had any problems signing in to my account but recently I keep being asked for an authenticator code for my account becca@xxxxxxxxxxxx.com
I've registered the email on the authenticator app but nothing comes through every time meaning I'm stuck in a loop of trying to log in and being asked to enter a code which never appears meaning I am now locked out of my account.
I have submitted a request to verify I am the owner of the account which has been approved and I was asked to change my password which I did but I'm STILL being asked to enter a code from the authenticator app which doesn't work!
I've tried redownloading the app, logging in and out, restarting my phone etc. nothing works.
I'm completely locked out of the email I use to run my business, have spoken to several people on the chat about this and I've no idea what else to do. Help!!!
