Problemas de indexação no Outlook. Não é possível pesquisar e-mails.

Boa tarde, tudo bem?

Estamos com problemas com diversos computadores onde os e-mails não pesquisam. Mesmo pegando uma palavra de um e-mail visível e tentando pesquisa-lo na barra de pesquisas, informa que não foi encontrado nenhum resultado.

Isso ocorre com versões 2019 e 365 do Office. Geralmente no Windows 11, mas temos outros computadores com Windows 10/11 e Office e o problema não ocorre.

Utilizamos protocolo POP3, ou seja, e-mails estão em arquivos na máquina. O peso dos arquivos variam, então acredito que não seja fator determinante.
