Hi All,
We have SQL 2012 Business Intelligence instance and we are trying to upgrade SQL 2016 Enterprise as one of below link says suitable for as pre-checks.
However we are not able to select the instance while upgrade. Kindly help us to understand the possibilities as the there no media available for >2016 Business Intelligence editions.

According to the page you link to, that instance should indeed be upgradable to SQL 2016 Enterprise. (I asked to make sure that you are on a supported service pack.)
Can you share a screenshot of where you run into problems?

Hmm. My hinch is that it is not the upgrade path as such that is the issue, but that something else that is broken. Exactly what is difficult to say. I would recommend that you open a support case to get this sorted out.
