Hi,

I would like to know What are things we have to kept in mind before create a Knowledge base in SharePoint online? What are the framework for this? can you please provide a list with each steps. I want to make it more user-friendly and also make it more secure like only specific people only can see the kB like this.so what should be best approach for this ?

In my opinion, you could create a Team site, then create different document libraries to storage different categories of knowledge.

In each document library, set unique permission, let certain people see different categories of knowledge.

Here are steps:
1.Create a document library.

2.Go to Library settings -> Permissions for this document library -> Stop Inheriting Permissions -> Remove users permissions you do not want then grant users permissions you want.
