Hi，Try deleting emails on Outlook web app or on another device to check if there are the same results.

Somehow I can't remove any emails from my ******@xxx.com in the outlook computer app.
For my other email adresses it is still possible to remove emails, so this is why I don't understand.

Have you configured your account as an IMAP or POP account? Have you logged into webmail to check if it was deleted?
