Hello, I have been having issues accessing my virtual desktop this week— it had been working just fine until Monday night and my IT at work let me know that its something on my end. I've contacted Apple and the most they were able to provide me with was to delete and reinstall the app— which I have had no luck with either. Does anyone know what else it might be?

    Please check if there is any error codes the windows is showing to you.?

    Make reset to the pc with keep files safe and check.
