How to include NuGet Package Information when Packing and Publishing from a Azure DevOps Pipeline?

Question

I have setup a pipeline for CI that runs the following agent tasks. However, when I view the packed and published package in the feed, I don't get the package information as I did when I created the packaged on my local machine and pushed it to the artifacts feed in Azure DevOps. Why is this not included from the Pack task in my pipeline.

Most importantly, the title, description and release notes are all missing.
