Moving VM to another subscription

I was trying to move VM from one subscription to another using VM backup at recovery vault. MS article says it is supported when I am selecting restore from backup I do not see option to choose subscription.

    ⁠most recent backup was snapshot. When I selected application and vault standard backup I got it. Thanks.
