I have a family account ,365 I use with my family but I also have a business account I use for my company, do I need a two account, or can I get a business account for myself and family account for and share my calendar etc with family members

Do I need two account for family and business, I have a family account by I also have a business account but I need to share my account with family member It doesnt make sense to have two accounts, to make two entries.
