According to the screenshot you provided, looks like the issue is related to AT&T email, right?

Well I started checking around and my Outlook AT&T email is working great. What isn't working is when I try and sign into the New Outlook that is part of my 365 subscription that is supposed to start in 2024.

OK so, as I hover over the "Try New Outlook For Windows" a comment appears (upper right) that says it is only currently available for Microsoft and Gmail only so I'm guessing it is not yet available for AT&T

Agree with you, based on my research, A&T accounts don't seem to be included in the list of supported accounts. I'm afraid this may be limited by the account. As i mentioned above, it's suggested that you could post your case AT&T Community Forums for more professional suggestions.
