IotHub device connection problem after change to DigiCert Global G2 Root

Last week, into my Azure IotHub portal, I successfully changed from baltimora to DigiCert Global G2 Root. Today I got a connection problem. I enter into my Azure portals portal/certificates and found nothing. I cannot see also the TSL Certificate Tab. What's happened?

Last week, into my Azure IotHub portal, I successfully changed from baltimora to DigiCert Global G2 Root. Today I got a connection problem.
Can you confirm if you were able to connect earlier without any issue after changing the certificate?
Did you follow the steps suggested here Migrate IoT Hub resources to a new TLS certificate root ?I enter into my Azure portals portal/certificates and found nothing. I cannot see also the TSL Certificate Tab. What's happened?
Can you share the screenshot for better understanding?
Based on the information you provided, it is difficult to determine the exact cause of the issue.
Can you try restarting your device and checking if the connection is established successfully?
Regarding the missing TLS Certificate tab, it is possible that you do not have sufficient permissions to view this tab?

2023-09-21T11:04:28.31+00:00 I confirm that the device worked for one week till today.
I use the same always the same user (My browser remember my user/password access to IotHub portal) so I'dont't think is a permission problem.
So I got into Azure portal as Administrator (as usual) and I see that TSL Tab was missing.
Below my screenshot:
We tried to reboot the device many times but nothing happened.
We also tried to Add to the portal the same certificates (*.pem) without result.
I think we need also the we TSL root
I attached also our device *.pem as txt file

Since you were able to connect it earlier and now you are seeing the error, this could be due to a temporary issue with the Azure portal or a configuration problem with your IoT Hub.
