Is there any application from microsoft that can be used to assign to Selfservice Signup flow?

We are looking for an app that can be assigned to user flow for external users to signup for. Ideally any microsoft app or any sample app that can be registered solely for self-service signup?

Thanks for reaching out.

There are number of samples provided by Microsoft to integrate various application types with Microsoft Entra ID for customers.

You can find the samples here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/external-identities/customers/samples-ciam-all?tabs=apptype

You need to register the application in Entra portal as mentioned and can directly download the sample to make minimum configuration in your code to add the application for Sign up flow.
