    In the second error log file stands

    There have been 256 misaligned log IOs which required falling back to synchronous IO

    An often seen error in combination of Windows 11 and some SSD, see

    As Olaf says, this is a known issue, and Microsoft has published an article with workarounds for the problem.

    It is a known issue related to system disk sector size greater than 4 KB.
