When taking my exam through Pearson Vue, there is no timer or question count displayed. There is a dark blue think line through the screen where they should be displayed. I have now been unsuccessful in take the past 2 exam due to this issue. Pearson is saying that there was nothing wrong with my exam and refused to allow a retake at a Pearson testing site. Please help me with identifying how to fix my issue.
