I need to download multiple files from different emails that I get from a vendor.

Hi，It is impossible in Outlook and can only be done manually or with the help of third-party tools.

Welcome to our forum!

As far as I know, there is no direct option in Outlook desktop client to download attachments directly from different messages at once.

As an alternative, you can try to use advanced search in the top search box to filter out all emails with attachments, and then manually select the attachments you want to download.

To download attachments in Outlook at once, this option is available in Outlook web app. Please follow these steps: Log in to the Outlook Web APP > Files (paper clip logo) > All attachments.
