Certification not visible

Hi,

I have passed PL-400 exam back in February 2023. I have a mail congratulating me for the achievement. However when I log in the learining portal I cannot see any certification. I even received a reminder to renew my certififation. Please advise how to proceed.

I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
