I am trying to upload pdf in azure open ai portal, I understand it’s a preview feature but I keep getting something went wrong error for uploading a document less than 500kb. My resource group is US East. Tried multiple times but didn’t work.

Can you please help understand where exactly you are trying to upload the documentation? Are you trying to use "Add your data(preview)" and using Blob Storage/Azure Cognitive Search?
Please provide screenshots if possible.

2023-09-26T03:54:30.33+00:00 I was trying to upload using the Upload Files feature (3rd option form the drop down), it didnt work then I moved to Blob Storage.

I have tried this option with a ~200 KB file and it worked fine. My resource is also in East US.
Are you getting this error every time? Have you tried this with a different pdf file?
